功     能 ：翻译起始的抑制剂，通过阻止 EIF4E 组装到 eIF4F 复合体中来调节其活性：磷酸化形式与 EIF4G1/EIF4G3 竞争并强烈结合到 EIF4E，导致翻译抑制。相反，高磷酸化从 EIF4E 解离，允许 EIF4G1/EIF4G3 和 EIF4E 之间的相互作用，导致翻译起始。通过 激酶和 mTORC1 通路传递信号的激素、生长因子和其他刺激物介导的蛋白质翻译调节。
