功     能 ：磷酸酶，可将3'(2')-磷酸腺苷5'-磷酸(PAP)转化为AMP和肌醇1,4二磷酸(Ins(1,4)P2)转化为肌醇4-磷酸(PubMed:10675562)。 也能水3'-磷酸腺苷5'-磷酸硫酸盐(PAPS)转化为5'-磷酸硫酸盐(APS) (根据相似性)。 可能防止有毒物质AP的积累，PAP抑制多种蛋白质，包括利用PAPS的酶如硫酸转移酶和RNA加工酶。可能在肌醇回收和磷酰肌醇代谢中发挥作用。对3'-AMP、肌醇-1-磷酸和肌醇-1,4,5-三磷酸无活性(PMed:10675562)。
