功     能 ：在有丝分裂过程中特异性抑制蛋白磷酸酶2A (PP2A)的蛋白磷酸酶抑制剂。当在有丝分裂过程中在 Ser-62磷酸化时，与 PPP2R2D (PR55-delta)特异性相互作用并抑制其活性，导致 PP2A 失活，这是在 M 期保持细胞周期蛋白 -B1-CDK1活性高的必要条件。可间接增强 GAP-43的表达。
