Figure 2. Western blot analysis of Mouse Anti-SARS-CoV-2 N (N08). Lanes 2 – 4: Varying amounts of SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid (N) Phosphoprotein were run on the SDS-PAGE. Separated bands were transferred to the membrane and Mouse Anti-N (N08) (1: 5 000) was used to detect the antigen. The SARS-CoV-2 N Phosphoprotein bands (~46 kDa) were visualized in each lane following the addition of anti-mouse secondary antibody with HRP and substrate. Post-translation cleavage of the N protein is seen at ~40 kDa and ~35 kDa. Our antibody was able to detect antigen amounts upwards of 12.5 ng (Lane 4).
