Figure 1: Antigen-Antibody binding assay (ELISA). The 96-well plate (Greiner Bio) was coated with 100 ng of HIV-1 recombinant p24 antigen (Abcam, Ab43037) overnight at 4°C. The coated antigen was detected with primary antibody, Human HIV-1 p24 (HRP) at a 1: 2 000 dilution. Increasing amounts of Human HIV-1 p24 (HRP) were plotted against the corresponding absorbance units.
